Not so great deal on King room (high floor)
First I will go through the good things: -the breakfast was great -they had an espresso machine -vanity area of the restroom appeared to be updated -huge living room area in room -the staff was friendly Downside: -the huge living room is a total waste of space because the bathroom was way too small, the shower and toilet area was so small and uncomfortable to move around in and I'm a petite person, but I had a small child so it was really difficult to maneuver in and out without being on top of the toilet! -the shower floor was tile and moldy -I was told the king bed rooms all had showers and no tubs -found dirty towels and cups in the room -TV was not working (only static) I was so frustrated by the shower situation that I didn't report anything after the shower because I was told that were out of rooms. I was offered a room at a lower rated hotel down the street, (a 2-star Candlewood suites) but by this time it was after 9 pm, I had been on the road all day with my young child and was exhausted. I never could relax though. I booked this hotel because of the rating and the reviews as well as other stays with Hyatt Place, so I was totally caught off guard by my experience. They need serious attention in the housekeeping department and some remolding would help!

Hyatt Place and Marriot vey unprofessional
I was moved to a different hotel. I think it was discrimination because we booked through the other hotel did not fit the 4 of us comfortably and they had water damage with the fans blowing all night in the hallway. It was an awful experience.

2 night stay
We stayed two nights at this hotel. Room was very clean. The only draw-back was we ask if the room could be clean after our first night after 3 p.m. Talked to two cleaning ladies and they said "yes not a problem." Came back to our room at 11 p.m. room had not been cleaned. The coffee in the room and in the lobby are awful!! Breakfast was good except for the coffee.

Disappointed in management promises.
Disappointed that our TV did not work. Called the front desk and they said they would do something to rectify the problem. Front desk staff on first day offered to give me "points" never happened and then the manager offered to give me points and it never happened. Disappointed they didn't follow through. Also pool wasn't opened when we got there. Opened later once the front came in and it was too cold. Room was clean and breakfast was ok.
