Pleasant stay at Hyatt Place
We had two-day side trip to New York city. The Hyatt Place is close to the bus station for port authority. We did not want to drive so we take daily bus to the city. The front desk people were nice and helpful to provide band-aid and pads for my wife as her ankle hurt due to tight shoe. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is also good with plenty of food. Although parking is limited, you can park in the parking lot next to it. Very convenient and safe. Highly recommend it!

Nice Hotel. The breakfast had a variety of options available including eggs, sausage, french toast, potatoes, hot and cold cereal, bread and muffins. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Family Trip
Excellent location if visiting New York. 15 min bus ride by NJtransit. Bus stop was near the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. However, during our 3 nights stay, our beds were not made. Only towels were replaced which was disappointing. On first day the cleaning lady said it would be done next day as we ended up coming to our room while cleaning was in progress, however it wasn’t to be. There was a Fiji bottled water which was free for Hyatt members and $5 for non members. Unfortunately it was an open bottle which was reported to the front desk. Free parking and breakfast was included which was great. There was some construction or City cleanup around the area which caused lots of noise early in the morning and was a nuisance. Overall a decent experience at the hotel.

The location is very user friendly for visitors intending to visit NY and NJ. Transport is readily accessible from the hotel to NY and NJ, Bus stops are located adjacent to the hotel. The staffs were welcoming, receptive and willing to help whenever the need arises. The breakfast was adequate and serves the purpose. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and we would recommend it for anyone who wants to avoid the noise that emanates from staying in a hotel located around NY times square.
