I chose this hotel based on proximity to our event, comfortable beds, and Hyatt's history of providing an excellent breakfast. Proximity was great. Bed was hard and uncomfortable Breakfast included powdered eggs, and very little protein options. Also, currently undergoing major renovations. As an IHG rewards member, I had to go on hotels.com for the better rate. Disappointed in this stay, especially at the pricepoint for such a mediocre experience.
