Breakfast only had coffee and granola bars? Nothing for kids or anything of subsistence. Booked hotel for indoor pool. Conventional it was out of service. Would not recommend.

Pool Closed, very sad little boy
My 7 yr old was VERY disappointed the pool wasn't open. The pool was why I chose the hotel. I think Hotel.com should have some kind of rule that the hotel needs to update if any of the guest amenities are unavailable. If I would have had the money, I would have found another hotel with a pool that was open

Not happy with stay
Was not too happy with the property. The pool was good the first day but closed the 2nd day due to poor water results. The wifi was not great. My son had to sit by the room door everytime he wanted to use wifi as the connection was lost when he sat on the couch. We were suppose to have free breakfast but when we went to get something, everything was already gone.

The bedding was comfortable and clean. The Room showed wear and tear. The pool was not secure and it appeared people were coming and going with key cards. The breakfast was basically coffee and some nutri grain bars. No other drink or food options.

Very outdated
Very outdated hotel. Hotel pool shouldn’t even be open: flooring around it crumbling apart, water was dirty, no towels. The gym had garbage everywhere and the machines had grime all over the screens. It shouldn’t be open either. No breakfast, although they advertise breakfast. They put out coffee and some granola bars. The room was clean, for what they have to work with. There’s mold around the tub caulking and shower squeals. But you could tell housekeeping was trying their best. There was never anybody working the desk when we tried to buy any of the snacks they have. They should just put a can there and let people put the money in. Surprised Extended Stay would even put their name on this hotel right now. It needs a complete overhaul. The hotel is pet friendly, but I guess they don’t have anything to worry about you tearing up. There was definitely people smoking in the rooms downstairs, the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Check in was easy, the staff was nice. But the hotel is not nice.
