Albuquerque Airport stay
The check in was easy, room nice, fairly quiet for a large hotel. Only stayed one nice but we like the Hyatt Place hotels. Approx. 1 mile from the airport. Their car service starts @ 4:30am.

We had 3 people in our room for 5 days, toilet paper was never refilled when room was cleaned had to go down to front desk 3 different times to get more. Room did not have a microwave as stated when we booked it. The only place to get ice was on the fifth floor.

NOT REAL HELPFUL.
The room was ok, front desk was somewhat helpful, was dissatisfied with the lack of physical help. We has alot of baggage and i am currently having to walk with help of a walking stick, my wife asked for assistance with the luggage and was given a cart and then we were left to stack the luggage and push it to the front desk to check-in and then left to push our things to the lift and then too the room.

Very slow check in. The next morning, the house keeper started knocking on each door in our hallway at 9am to get her cleaning done when check out is at 12 noon. An hour later she knocked on our room door again and just opened the door when clearly she heard us in the room. I will not stay here again and dont recommend

Dirty couch, floor was not vacuumed and had thorns in the carpet. Layout was weird with it difficult to view the tv from the bed. Outlets were very difficult to find. Thermostat was not updated in many years.
