Poor
Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a hotel
Upon arriving at 5:00 our room was still not available and we had to wait for it to be clean. We were already running late and going to the Star’s game at 6:00 so this was very inconvenient. Also when checking out they tried to charge me for valet parking which I did not use. I explained I didn’t use the valet and parked in the parking garage across street and he said he would take care of it. Three days later I still had a charge for valet parking, so I called and explained everything once again and once again they told me they would take care of it no problem. It’s been over a week and still no refund.

Exceptional
Business Trip
Great hotel. Stayed on a Thursday night. It was quiet after 11pm. Room was very big, clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again.

Very Good
Great place.
We had a great stay. Had some problems with room service coming to our room at 9pm and 3:30am when we didn’t order anything... especially since we had a small baby with us and they woke him up. Otherwise the hotel is nice and the staff is great.

If you want customer service, stay at The Crescent
The hotel facility is beautiful. The staff behind the front desk is not. Check in was fine, but during the course of the stay I was completely unsatisfied with the attitude of the front desk clerks. I requested a new room key be made for me as mine had been misplace after a night out. Normally a 2 minute ordeal- The woman at the front desk turned it into a 10 minute argument. Long story short, the check in was done incorrectly so my credit card was only on 1 of the 3 rooms that I purchased together. She finally obliged to giving me my room key. She said (verbatim), “Because you are being so argumentative, I’ll do what you want. But I’m writing this down in my report.” Having spent a total of $1,000 at Le Meridien, I would expect higher quality customer service. I tried contacting the manager and never got a phone call back. In the future, I’ll be taking my business 2 blocks away to The Crescent Hotel.

Good
The manager Angelina was above accommodating to our needs. The cleanliness and condition of the "updated" rooms was the disappointment. The noise factor was also a disappointment.
