This hotel is well located and some staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall stay was highly unsatisfactory. Key issues 1. They have loud venues downstairs blasting music until midnight. I was on the far side of 3rd floor and could not sleep. If you were on the 2nd floor it would be impossible. 2. After having to stay up late, they engage in extremely loud vacuuming in hallways early morning. Doors are thin and noise teansfer is almost absolute. 3. They have a difficult to use parking reservation system. After reserving parking they told me there was no parking. They gave incorrect directions to council parking which cost $100 for an overnight stay. 4. Sand through the bedsheets and room. 5. Stained furniture and walls. Overall, the hotel was a place you could live with if necessary. It definitely does not justify its price or rating.
