Amazing Customer Service!
Service was amazing! Fast and so friendly! We had a dog and all the employees had treats in their pockets to feed her: nice touch :) The room was extremely clean but smelled a little like dog, to be expected in a dog friendly hotel but carpet enzymes or more carpet cleanings would’ve made the cleanliness an A+ for us rather than B+

This is a great hotel!! Perfect location. Very clean and modern. Staff are excellent and super helpful and friendly. Good restaurant!! The Thompson has it all!

Mediocre stay for a very expensive room
The door lock didnt work. There was no hole to turn the lock into. Hotel was contacted and maintenance never showed up. They also gave us a wheelchair accessible room which we didn't request. We asked for a change, but the hotel said no. The shower was on an incline which caused the water from the shower to leak out into the rest of the bathroom and onto the carpet outside. We didn't feel safe or special.
