Wonderful hotel. We were greeted with cool towels and a pineapple juice - so refreshing after our walk from the subway. Check in went smoothly and got into our room. The breakfast buffet in the morning has a good variety of food to choose from including made to order eggs. The only thing is that service was slow there and it was difficult to get a refill on my coffee. And the 2nd day we were never asked if we'd like to order eggs or an omelette. Not sure why the lack of service since it wasn't very busy. But other than that, the stay was great. Quick uber to/from the casco viejo.

This is my 3rd trip to the Bristol in 2023 for business. And I will keep returning as my hotel of choice. The food in the dining room is exceptional - breakfast buffet is outstanding, and for the package rate with your room, it is excellent value. The lunch and dinner is also creative, very fresh, and all we have tried outstanding. The staff is very welcoming and helpful with any requests, and the spa treatments (especially the LomiLomi) is something to treat yourself with. I travel extensively, and as noted, will continue to have the Bristol as my choice in Panama. **Geisha coffee is served in the dining room - definitely a must try.
