Exceptional 10.0
I reserved 2 rooms the night before I arrived when other arrangements fell through. We got 2 rooms next to each other and we were able to check in early. Very friendly staff.

Fair 4.0
Will not be coming back
First night there was a yellow stains on my toilet. There was a new wallpaper in the bathroom, but it was already peeling off. Some weird substance on the right side of the toilet (glue or clauk tht was just left on the side). The bottom of the bathroom door was broken. Sent me a message asking how am I doing. After listing the issues they said they'll check them.. still waiting. They weren't shu charging $450 a night for 5 nights, for this experience.

Good 6.0
Convenient but noisy
The bad:Walls are very thin-heard family in room next to us with their three children and no apparent inside voice-kids or parents and grandma. Also, hotel is right next to fire station/ambulance station....And it was very busy at all times. (The thin walls were worse than emergency workers trying to save people!) The good: location was great for us....many things to see, do and eat within walking distance. The staff all were very nice and helpful when asked questions! Continental breakfast and tea/coffee bar was good. Shower had great water pressure!

Close to Convention Center and Sightseeing
The room was recently remodeled and very nice. All staff was very courteous (Front desk, Housekeepers, Restaurant). Breakfast offerings were decent. Good security - Hotel is secured after 11:00 pm until 6:00 am and the Lobby is only accessible with a key card. The elevator only operates with the room key. Location of the Hotel is conveniently close to a lot of sights. Try not have your room facing to the Fire Dept Building on Dearborn as it can get noisy with the sirens at anytime of the day. Elevators and the Front Lobby are now due for renovations (they look old and worn)
