Very Good 8.0
The people at reception are great! They’re friendly and welcoming. The only real complaint was towards house keeping. They really didn’t do anything but replace the towels and make the bed. We had an early tour and for some reason our DND sign was gone so we couldn’t put it up before leaving. We had left a bottle of champagne, which was still half full on the counter because it didn’t fit in the fridge and of course when we came back it was gone. We did leave the room a little messy because we rushed out in the morning and it looked the same when we came back so I was really bothered by the fact that they disposed of a bottle that was NOT empty but yet leave the rest of the room untouched. Also they didn’t give us more toilet paper we had to call reception to ask for more. Other than that the hotel is very nice. Their bar is very clean and they have many choices. I tried a couple apps which were also great. I didn’t think the noise level in the room was bad at all I was able to sleep well. Overall good stay

Exceptional 10.0
Visiting our daughter in Dublin. The location of this hotel is excellent. Right in the middle of everything. Was a little worried about potential street noise, but was not an issue. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Within walking distance to most attractions. Room was good size and clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice bar on the main level. Would stay here again.

Exceptional 10.0
Perfect location, excellent style and service
The location was perfect for my needs, located right in the Temple Bar district. All the bars I wanted to go to were within a 1 to 6 block radius. All the sightseeing I wanted to see was within a 4 to 10 block radius. Perfect for easily seeing the city and enjoying the nightlife. Speaking of nightlife, the music and party seen in Dublin is quite intense, and you hear the noise from this very clearly in your room. So don't expect to have a quiet night sleep. I had a room with a "King" bed which was actually two twin mattresses put together. This wasn't a big deal to me, but was kinda awkward with the slight gap in the middle. The size of the room was much better than I expected. The hotel was great style, modern, and updated. Breakfast was pretty good, but maybe not worth the 15 euros. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a weekend in Dublin.

Just ok...
The location of the hotel was fantastic. We arrived before check-in time, let them know we were there and went to get something to eat. When we got back, one room was ready. We waited over an hour for the other room. In the mean time, other people were checking in and getting rooms. That was a bit frustrating. My husband said something and then we were finally given a room. The bed and pillows were comfy but the room was very small. There were no drawers, one chair, minimal hanging space for clothes and our shower wasn’t much bigger than a phone booth.

Disappointed
Rooms were clean and comfortable but very small. My room had a balcony but it was locked from being used. Lifts were out during several days of our stay, the iPad in the room was intermittently working and I had to order room service 2x to get it once. Waited over an hour for food that was disappointing at best. I was excited about staying here and it’s a lovely hotel but ultimately there were some major issues that made it a not so great experience.
