Unm..well. Where do I start, this will be long. Once we checked in, they had given our room away. They gave us our key and when we went to open the door, people were in there. They were real prompt at fixing that. BUT the room they gave us, no ma'am. I had to go to Walmart and buy, lysol, carpet freshener, and febreeze. That carpet was not even nowhere near just regular wear and stains. It was nasty. You are allowed to have pets as well in these so I cannot began to think when the last time they had that carpet cleaned. But the real problem came when I attempted to shower, that tub was nasty. No one had cleaned it. It still had the dirt ring around it and hair in the tub. I was going to attempt to go back to walmart and buy supplies to clean it but once I ran the water, the tub did not drain and the dirt just floated in the water. The fridge had some yellow stuff spilled in it and the air conditioning was on its way out. Night one was bareable but then night two, it started to sound like a freight train rattling through. It was so loud when it came on it rattled the bed. I just turned it off and left the fan running. The biggest thing for me is cleanliness and this room was not clean. It was too late to find somewhere else as we were there for a military graduation and calls to other hotels came up all booked. Its too bad because we were literally like 6 mins from the post. Very convenient. Thats the positive part.
