Victoria Cloisters is nice
The flat was clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen had the same worktop and cupboards as our one at home! It was nice and quiet, within easy walking distance of both the train station and the city centre. The one slight drawback was that the fridge door was missing the compartment to put a bottle of milk in. We let the hotel know and they apologised and promised not to charge it to the deposit. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

Parking very tight, but secure. Living area not big enough for us 4 but with a teenager in tow it worked ok as she spent her time in the bedroom. Only enough hot water for one shower, but it was the heatwave so cold showers were welcome. So all in all not too bad and we had a lovely time in general. Going back to York again very soon.

Fantastic city break
Great apartment, very clean and well equipped. Parking was in a very tight area and having to use 3 different keys to enter the complex and apartment was a bit of a faff. Overall very impressed.

Nice apartment in centre of York
Location of the apartment is excellent, located down a relatively quiet side street. Apartment was clean and tidy and comes with comfy bed, washing machine, TV, and fully decked out kitchen. Came with secure parking behind a barrier, although it is necessary to book your parking in advance as only room for 8 cars maximum. Be warned that if you're the owner of anything like a new Skoda Rapid or equivalent sized car, you're going to struggle to park. Anything Honda Civic sized or equivalent should be ok Literally 5 minutes away from centre of York, so if you're on a shopping frenzy it's easy enough to buy lots and drop off your bags. Several bars and restaurants are within a five minute walk too. Shambles less than ten minutes away.
