We stayed for a week and it felt like home. Lots of space. Amazing shower. Free laundry although it's slow to dry, they also have a drying rack in the room though. Had a table for 5 and a little kitchenette with a decent fridge and microwave. About a 8 minute walk to the local train station which is a 3 minute train ride to Kyoto station.

I had a very bad experience with my stay. I came with my family with 2 kids and expected to have a memorable stay but it turned out to be a nightmare. The hotel did not give me any prior instructions on the limited parking on the property. I arrived at around 12am and the only option was self checkin. I was not even given any instructions on the pre checkin process and the security code to enter. I had to be in a call for long time on my international phone line and the agent could not provide the instructions. I logged into Expedia app and chatted with the agent and somehow got the code. Finding a parking around this place is impossible. We had the worst experience. I would never rent this again. It was a frustrating experience!!
