Comfy beds and great customer service.
The location of this hotel is not the best but for us it was close to the hospital and the beds were very comfortable. Our room was clean, and they gave us a handicapped room which was great since my husband is disabled and uses a walker. The breakfast was good, we will definitely be staying there again.

Stay at your own risk
I went to San Antonio to conduct business. I needed a place where I could work whole feel comfortable. The morning started rough, I understand that some hotels don’t allow you to bring up food from the dining are. Not sure why if you’re able to eat in the room. However most do not confront you, the confrontation lead me to feel uncomfortable; no one knew what was my reasoning for taking my food back to the room. I had a meeting I was late to because I had a very long confrontation then after feeling uncomfortable eating in the dining area. The day continues and the internet goes out, around 1:45pm. Again I went for business, I missed 7 meetings and was forced to take the rest of the afternoon off. To try to not stress about it. I went down to the pool to try and relax. The pool had what looked like a film of greasy/ oil on it, the hot tub was not as bad. As I sat there with my feet in in the hot tub I booked another hotel so I would be able to work the full next day. When I went on to ask about canceling the rest of my stay I stood at the counter while the clerk ignored me for about 5/6 minutes. After saying excuse me because he was on a phone call. When he did get done with his call he said, “you booked 3rd party can’t help you.” Which I understood I just wanted to give the property a chance. Anyways when I continue hotels.com he ignored their calls as they tried to call because he was still on the phone. I will not be going back to this property and it’s left a bad taste
