Fabulous location, immaculately presented and wonderful staff. Rooms were a good size with large TV's and an excellent bathroom. Something minor required fixing in my room (toilet seat!) and it was done immediately. The bed was large but was clearly 2 singles pushed together, and it could be felt (one was softer than the other!) Otherwise it was an exceptional experience, with lovely helpful staff and a fantastic restaurant overlooking the harbor. Perfect for business.

We had requested for a twin bed. When we arrived they said they had no information but they will get it done in next 2 hours but it was never done. Sadly it was not the next day also. If it was not possible they should have said so. The good thing about the hotel was that service was excellent and staff helpful. They also had a room that guest could use after check and take a shower. This is well appreciated.

Cleanliness and location of the hotel. On & off , Housekeeping seemed to miss out on a few basic things but it wasn't be of great importance. This was our second room and the toilet seat was loose in this room too and the sink drain was very slow. Staff Addish, Saira, Sada, Avinash, Gerswin, Vissen , Neha, Victoria, Michael, Kimberley , Rajiv were very nice and helpful
