Horrible! Thank God I was just there one night!!!
So this is a brand new hotel in an area very close to Disney. It has a nice pool. That's where the positives end. If you like to get a good nights rest when you stay at a hotel, don't stay here. The beds are HORRIBLE. Hard as a rock. I honestly thought the front desk clerk put me in the room for guests they hate where the boxspring is on top, yes it was that bad. Probably cause its a new bed and not broken it but it was so hard I could not sleep. Tried to switch to the couch but smelled a faint pukey/vomit smell over there so went back to the bed. Then the breakfast was gross and one of the 2 elevators broke so long waits/crammed elevators. You have to hold the toilet flusher down for it to fully flush. So all of the above was after getting off to a rocky start where we showed up at the official 3pm check in time and was told by the blonde front desk snotty girl that it would be 45 mins to an hour cause no rooms were available. So I said, check in time IS 3pm right...when they called 15 mins later to say it was ready and I went up to get the key same snotty blonde girl goes "did they call you to say it was ready", Yes. So she hands me the keys and goes "fun isn't it". Don't know what her problem is but totally rude and unprofessional. This hotel needs help. Worst hotel experience of my life. Many other hotels in the area, I'd advise to stay elsewhere.

Very Good 8.0
Ideally located nearby to Disney World theme parks
The hotel opened in October 2016 so has a great fresh modern look to it throughout. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a large flat screen TV. For families, you have the option to select a room that contains a king-size bed and bunk-beds. In addition to the bunk-beds, the sitting area also has a pull out double sofa bed. The sitting area in these Family rooms have a smaller flat screen TV complete with two USB sockets fo connecting up devices plus charging. The room had plenty of drawers for storage and a decent size safe for storing your valuables. The bathroom in this type of room contained a large shower, toilet and sink with good quality fresh white towels provided. Having stayed all across America, we were somewhat surprised with the standard of finish here however, as normally we are really imprsssed but sadly our first King room had a drooping towel rail in the shower area and the toilet roll holder was half hanging off - not what we were expecting given the age of the hotel. The staff were all very nice that we encountered both at the Front Desk and at the breakfast service area. The breakfast was ok but we felt on some days that the hot options were quite limited. Even though it's advertised as a “free breakfast” we all know that's factored into the overall price that you pay, so you might feel a bit 'short-changed'. The staff did a great job though in ensuring everything was topped up and clean and tidy for the next guest.

Absolute best place to stay for Disney / Universal
Look no further. I am a picky traveller, and have written good and bad reviews of properties. It is rare that I find one that I would absolutely highly recommend, and this is one of those properties. PRICE - This is a great value. An excellent breakfast is included. Free parking, although we used Uber entirely for this trip. LOCATION - Fantastic. It is a bit of a long walk, but very walkable to Disney Springs. Ubers to all parks within Disney AND Universal are 10 - 15 minutes away, and all trips were about $10 - $12 using Uber. There are TONS of restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. Each morning we had a big breakfast, ate a couple of snacks at the parks, and then returned in the evening to the hotel and just walked to get some real food (and away from the masses). ROOM - Exceptional for the money. Very quiet considering most people staying here have kids and are heading to Disney. The rooms were VERY clean, TVs worked great with tons of channels, bed was super comfortable, and air conditioner worked amazingly well (and could continuously run on "fan" mode to provide some white noise - I never heard a screaming kid the entire stay in my room!). STAFF - Great staff; very friendly and helpful. I just have nothing but positive things to say about this property; I am SO glad we skipped out on paying at least three times as much to stay "on property" at Disney; this hotel was a much needed and welcome oasis from the crowds each day.

Exceptional 10.0
Better room than the Bigger $$$ Hyatt
I stayed at 3 hotels during our vacation. ranging from 160 to 550 a night. I had reservations for the Hyatt Grand cypress but they could not help us out with an extra day, so I made a one night reservation at the smaller Hyatt nearby. To my surprise, the room was much cleaner and spacious. . There was even an option to connect rooms. This hotel has a laundry room and a 24 hour menu and snack bar. The price included a great breakfast. Sausage, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereals, breads, yogurts, fruits. tea. juices. there was no extra resort fee or daily parking fee. The staff were happy and motivated despite the late hours. I find this ideal for those who are really on the go, Park destined and carrying kiddos with them. The parks are expensive enough and consume about 12 hours. Universal, Disney and Sea World parking are at least 20 dollars a day. So, who wants to be paying resort and parking fees for a hotel where you´re never going to be during the day until late at night? Most kids are wiped out after that and all of the restaurants in town are closed at around 10. So, the 24 hour muffins, brownies and sandwiches in the lobby are so convenient. I was able to do laundry late at night for 1.50 a wash load and 1.50 to dry. Detergent in vending machine. The location is really great. 2 blocks from a 24 hour Goodings supermarket where you can get anything from lactose free milk, baby food, to towels. many restaurants in the area. I recommend

I decided to treat myself for my birthday to a trip to Orlando and to visit the parks & just relax....I normally stay at another hotel/resort in the Lake Buena Vista area....but I called ahead and spoke with Cesar who made sure they would take care of me. As soon as I arrived everybody greeted me...the lady at front desk went out of her way to make sure my room would be ready. The Facilities are super clean and well maintained except for a small issue regarding the cleanliness of the pool & jacuzzi (I saw a lot of debri and dirt inside both plus tons and tons of ants!) but what makes this place stand out more than anything for me was the front desk customer service who went out of there way to make me feel welcome, special and taken care of I specifically dealt with Heather, Jessica, Karriann, Madison and Caitlyn who went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience in your hotel. The cleaning professionals were all super kind and polite, as well as 2 of the ladies at the tourism desk. As long as you fix up the pool and jacuzzi area...I will make sure to recommend this hotel to all of my employees, friends, and family. Thank you to everyone again! and please keep up the great work!
