The hotel is in a great location and the staff is excellent. The room, however, was a little run down. Clear damage done to the desk, the light switch in the bathroom was a big problem and the heat/ac unit though adjusted to a much cooler temp, kept reverting to pumping out heat making sleep less than pleasurable.

Hotel management fools the guest. I am sure that hotel is closed but still open to online booking. If you book you will relocated to sister hotel in another neighborhood, disappointing hotel named Bentley. Expedia should know and stop the booking. If you enter on htotels website you can see that its sold our until april, but its not. Hotel said that they have a boiler problem, thats a lie! Dont ruin peoples holiday, not fare!!!!!

Good for one night stay. Very basic, no fridge… no ice machine. They gave us only 2 bottle water. I would rate this like a regular hotel room. Not the best but not the worst either.
