I was dissatisfied with the kitchen and bar. Service was slow, food improperly cooked. It was comped but I would have preferred to have it done as promised

Amazing night at an amazing hotel
Amazing. I am already a fan of Sheraton, but this one was by far the best one I have stayed with. We came here for our anniversary and the state fair. Love the rooms. Clean and comfortable. The shuttle driver, and service as a whole, was very accommodating. I witnessed two separate events where customers were throwing temper tantrums over something the hotel had no control over. The staff remained calm and professional during both examples.
