The first room was dirty. Water on the floor, dirty sheets and mold or scum in toilet and smelled heavily of smoke. The staff was helpful and kind and gave us another room that was adequate (barely). Towels and sheets even when washed remain greyish.

My room wreaked of weed. Not ok, especially considering I became ill from smelling it all night! The lady working breakfast was rude. The one tile incline in the bathroom caused me to trip several times - dangerous! Won’t stay here again - if I had time I would have asked for a refund!
