Wouldnt book here again.
Hotel needs serious work. The first room they put us in smelled like mold and there was a large puddle of water on the bathroom floor. Switched us to another room, phone was broken, blankets had cigarette holes in them and what looked like blood stains. There was NO parking and when we tried to call the front desk no one would answer for quite a while. Breakfast was fine but the staff wasnt friendly or helpful. Not a great experience.

Good for a short stay
The front staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with the waffle makers, juice, cereal, and eggs. The room was spacious and clean. However, it is an older building with thin walls. We could hear cars, people and water when toilets were flushed or showers were used. (We were on floor two) the fabric on the sofa bed was stained in places it was not comfortable. However, it’s close to Disney and the price was good.

The motel is dated but in good condition. The room was nice and beds were soft. Just an older property is all. We didnt swim because it was too cold and the pool looks like an oversized jaccuzzi you might fit 10 people in. Staff were friendly and I would stay there again for the price and proximity to Disney.

Unhappy Guests!
We got in early and the day counter person was not friendly at all. When we went back to check in the afternoon counter person was way more friendly. The second day we asked for clean towels and the day time counter person looked at me and said” didn’t you just check in yesterday?” It shouldn’t matter considering there was a pamphlet in the room stating if you needed more towels to just ask! Our room was only cleaned once. I also had to go to the front desk again to ask for more towels and garbage bags, which they gave without question. I went to school for hotel/restaurant management and the whole crew should be polite and courteous to all of their guests. Rooms should be cleaned and stocked daily! I spent a lot of money to stay at your establishment!
