I hurt myself because no help was given
Everything was great until the day of departure. I had to leave my things behind the desk at checkout due to our event wasn’t over. I turned them in on a rolling cart. When I went to collect my things I asked for them to be put back on a rolling cart and brought out to me so that I could leave, however they were just thrown on the floor. I then asked for help and was ignored. So I then had to pick the things up from the floor and load them myself, only to have bellhop come offer help after I had already struggled to get the stuff loaded and through the doors and pushed out to my car on my own. Because I had to do this on my own I hurt myself! The funny thing about it is they stood around like I was supposed to give them a tip for not helping me! Sadly Five days later I am still hurting because of them not helping me. I turned my stuff in on a cart and I asked for it to be put back on a cart and given back to me and I was completely ignored.

Great location
The view from our bay view balcony was amazing. An unexpected power outage mandated by the city impacted our ability to enjoy the resort when we arrived, but the staff compensated us for this inconvenience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating in many interactions the following day.
