The hotel smelled bad-old and musty with cover up of incense or cheap air freshner. I would not even take my shoes off. There was kitty litter along the walls and furniture. Obvious roof leak repairs, and the shower was gross.

Disappointed in LaQuinta and Hotels.com
Be prepared as this hotel has NO elevator. Extremely inconvenient as we were on an upper floor. Terrible breakfast and, just like the lack of elevator, the breakfast setup was extremely inconvenient and not very good - just used two rooms with a wall knocked out. No community lobby area or community room. Overall, this LaQuinta changed our minds about ever staying at a LaQuinta again. We also were required to put an EXTRA $50 on our credit card for incidentals, the front desk clerk said. What incidentals? She said it would be credited in the morning but when we checked out she could not verify that our credit was applied. Us and all the other people trying to check out got the same runaround!!!! There was no room service available, no stocked in room refrigerator, no incidentals available. They told us that they HAD to charge us the extra $50 because we used an outside source to book our reservation. WE USED HOTELS.COM. Made us question using Hotels.com again as well.

Don't expect real La Quinta Inn
The Hotel is very old, no refrigerator in room, bad smell of old carpets, loud old style AC in it. Hotel needs renovation to get the name of La Quinta inn. It has Friendly Receptionist and Good Breakfast. It should have 1.5 starts instead of 2.5.

Unhappy stay at La Quinta in southwest Omaha, NE
The place was a dive! Dead bugs everywhere, the hall smelled of cigarette smoke... I thought there would be ano exercise room and a pool, but there wasn't. I regret staying there with my family.

Bad Experience. Spend your money elsewhere
Bad experience from the beginning. Staff not as receptive as it should be for a hotel. Daily rates went from $60 a night to $175 a night for exact same room because of local event happening. No problem with event rates, but make it worthwhile. No fridge, no closet, small room. Upon entering, the hotel smelled of heavy smoke. Desk clerk smelled like he smoked a pack and a half of cigarettes before talking with us. Up to room, mold in bathroom, bathtub doesn't drain, some slimy substance stuck to headboard and wall next to one bed. Immediately went to tell them about it. Day 1 - no fix to any of it Day 2 - finally cleaned the slime from wall Day 3 - still a clogged bathtub / new towels, didn't make beds Day 4 - still no change Day 5 - still dirty / new towels, didn't make beds Day 6 - still no change / new towels, didn't make beds Would not recommend this to anyone. The staff tells you they are right on it, but you can see from the 6 day stay, no they are not. Talking friendly or sternly had no affect on them. They were the same each time; promised to take care of it, and nothing was done.
