nice view, clean room with stylish design. Unfortunately the washlet was broken and the bath room smelled like a rotten rag.

Great Hotel/Location
This hotel is in a great location in Shinjuku close to the main train station to get anywhere in Tokyo and around a lot of amazing restaurants and nightlife. The staff is friendly, speaks good English, and helpful. The rooms are a little cramped and the shower spills some water on to the floor, but it's really all you need, and in such a great location, it's a great find.

Good for price but tired hotel
Older tired hotel that needs an uplift. Room wasn't super clean. Good location, walking distance from all major transportation lines: subway, bus, train and shinkasen. Lots of restaurant and entertaining options. Airport shuttle stops within walking distance

Convenient and very clean hotel
This hotel was surprisingly wonderful. For the price I was not so sure what to expect and it surpassed my expectations. First it was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was amazing from the water pressure to the Japanese-style toilet to all of the perfect amenities. And since our luggage was lost by Air China for 2 days it really helped to have a toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers too! Some say the rooms are small but I felt it was just fine for me.
