We had a very enjoyable stay at Holmdale Holiday Cottages. Raphaele was very welcoming, the cottage was clean, tidy and modern, and within easy reach of the local tourist sites. We would happily stay again.

Excellent, cosy self catering accommodation
Immaculate, very cosy with a country view and aspect. Private garden - we were able to sit out one day as warm enough. Nice touches - chocolates, wine, and walk information. The cottages are bright, clean, and warm about a mile from Rye. A very friendly welcome.

We stayed in Luis cottage and we loved it! It was cosy, warm and immaculately clean and the host, Raphaele, is very friendly and kind. The kitchen is tiny, but we successfully managed to cook some of our meals in the small oven. If you fancy a relaxing and romantic stay in beautiful Rye, this property is ideal for you.

Holmdale is a quaint little lodge just right for 2 people , a lively place set un the countryside the only downside to this property is wasps and bee's that come inside off the clematis next to patio doors and when its hot weather you get other flying bugs off the farmers field.
