    Comfortable, would stay here again

Short one night stay. Didn't use any of their amenities but seemed like a nice place. Bathroom was modern and comfortable/spacious. Desk area easy to work at. Staff was friendly.

    An enjoyable stay

Had an enjoyable stay at the Days Inn in Blythe. Stopped here overnight on a trip to Los Angeles. The room was clean and very comfortable. It's an older property that could use some slight renovations. However, everything in the room functioned fine and the bed was comfortable with super soft sheets and plenty of pillows to choose from for maximum comfort. My family member enjoyed the fact that the room had a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. The hotel is located about 2 blocks off the I-10 freeway so it was easy access off and then back on. The area has a couple food options within walking distance. The staff were all friendly but check-in was a little disorganized. I credit that to arriving during their shift change. Breakfast was OK at best. I arrived at the last 30 minutes of the breakfast service and the fried eggs were very rubbery, and the sausage was sticking to wax paper. I could tell it had been sitting in the warmer all morning long. My family member who went down much earlier for breakfast said everything was stocked and fresh. They only had two bread options, sliced white bread and bagels. I would have liked an english muffin to make myself a home made style Sausage McMuffin, but no luck there. So, my recommendation is if you want a more fresh breakfast go early. I would recommend the Days Inn and I would stay here again on my next trip to Los Angeles.

I highly recommend that no one ever stay if you have any requests for them. I am disabled and unable to climb stairs. At the time of booking, I explained my request and said that because of my disability, I can NOT climb stairs. Upon arrival, my husband went to check us in and he was given the key for an upstairs room. My husband reminded him that I can’t climb stairs. Well the guy at the desk told him that’s it and we’d have to deal with it. My husband reminded and informed him of the ADA and their guidelines. The guest guy shrugged his shoulders and walked away. He also had a bunch of his friends hanging out in the lobby all night. This was, without a doubt the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life.

300$ a night to stay here is price gouging. I think I deserve a refund. The bathroom floor needs to be replaced. The bathroom window does not lock. The bathtub needs its overflow drain replaced as it is a hole with a thin bar across the hole- not up to code. However, the young man who checked me in was awesome, and the two young ladies who clean the rooms were very nice.

The worst room I’ve stayed in ever

The mattress was worn out, the alarm clock was non functional, the phone when dialed to the front desk gave only a busy tone, the toilet seat was broke, the water fixtures were leaky and leaving wet spots on the wall and floor.

    OK in Blyth

Basic motel. Clean relatively quiet. Double chains on the door to lock made me think twice about how safe the area is.
