    Its loud!
There is a train track directly behind the hotel that sounds off every hour or so all threw the night. My husband also had a roach in his boot the next morning. It's the only one he saw during his entire stay, but it was enough.

    Maybe it’s an anomaly but...
Our keys didn’t work, that involved a long trip back to the front desk from room 138. The stairwells looked rusted and structurally unsound. The surrounding area was full of trash and debris. The parking lot had garbage in it. The place was noisy, there were trains running close by all night, the exterior walls seemed paper thin. Then there were rowdy guests on the second floor at three AM, I’m glad I had a dog with me for protection. There seemed to be some kind of odd activity in the parking lot below our room. An unusually overdressed woman left as we reached our room at 6 PM, later two men were loitering outside in the parking lot, talking loudly, resting on their car, not going into any room. There were burn holes in the sheets. The odor of smoke was very noticeable, it was clearly a room used for smokers, a non-smokers room is something I did not think we had to request specifically. I won’t be back to any EconoLodge in the future.

Just on the way home from a cruise. Raining and we stopped for the evening. Good place. Easy in and out. Will use this location again.
