terrible staff, dirty room, 0 stars

the front desk staff was clueless, the manager called the cops for checking out 30 mins late, the maintenance man barged in our room multiple times without permission, the sheets and comforter had stains on them, the room was dusty, the bathroom had multiple dead bugs lying around, the TV remote didn’t have batteries, 2 of the 4 lightbulbs were dead, just endless inconveniences in a room that wasn’t even clean
