Blood on the sheets
Room 205 had a frig totally frosted up - no one checking. Pulled back the sheet and a streak of obviously blood dried on the bottom sheet. Floor not cleaned. We were then given room 212. Frig was also completely frosted up, floor dirty, but on a positive note, no blood! This used to be a great up-scale place, i would now rate Ike a motel 6.

Disappointed
There was dried urine and caked feces on the toilet. The indoor pool appeared to have a film floating on the top. There was garbage behind the night stand in the room. The television signal was fuzzy or not working. The pictures online didn't match what the rooms actually looked like. The restaurant/Lounge was not open. The room appeared to not have been updated in the past 20+ years.

Quiet Bend stay
Stained carpet, no trash can in restroom, lights malfunctioned in restroom, blackout curtains were worn ,spotted. Maid failed to make room during our stay, replace dirty towels, restock coffee, empty trash, make beds. Other than than that it was really a nice stay

Missing customary items from room: Garbage cans Ice bucket 2nd curtain layer completely missing The one that allows privacy, but light to come through Front door security latch Broken items: Sliding door security latch Dirty things: Mirrors Windows Couch FILTHY ITEMS: Floors: Crumbs and OBVIOUS chunks of debris There is NO WAY the room was vacuumed TV was BROKEN. I called the front desk where they stated that all the TVs system is out and has been for several days As I sat in the lobby to check out trying to connect with you folks FOUR DIFFERENT parties came in complaining about t cleanliness. This place is old—fine, but unsafe and FILTHY is unacceptable. If I had the time and energy, I would BLOCK my credit card from charging. 40 credit is not enough It looks like their business model is to book rooms, then just wait for complaints. I will NEVER use hotels.com I travel a lot and have NEVER requested a refund or complained before. Had I had time, wouldn’t have stayed and found another place. I’m embarrassed for them. The front check out employee clearly hears complaints all day and acted surprised by EACH DIFFERENT PARTY all complaining about missing items and FILTHY conditions. I didn’t shower. The bed appeared clean, however I think I was afraid to look too hard. The filth was due to chronic uncleanliness, it wasn’t just because something was missed one time (which I would overlook) appalling.
