Great sleeping arrangement, location
We would absolutely recommend this room type (quad) and location. There were four separate beds made up upon our arrival. Perfect for our jet-lagged family of four to get some rest! From here, it was easy to walk or catch the metro wherever we wanted to go.

From arrival to departure, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and always on hand to help. My room was very clean and welcoming with a spotless bathroom and room service each day. The location is amazing as the metro is a minute walk away and the hotel is pretty much part of central Madrid so you walk out of the hotel, and you've got everything within walking distance and a wide choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel was quiet and peaceful even though it's so close to the centre of everything. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay here again and recommend to friends.

Outstanding opera experience over dinner.
This was our second stay at the Hotel Opera. The highlight was an excellent Saturday evening dinner to opera. We were joined by a pianist, a soprano, a contralto and a tenor who performed famous arias and some light Spanish opera. The rooms, cafe and service were excellent.
