The room smelled so bad that I had to use half a bottle of my cologne just so I could stand the smell. The towel look like they came from a engine car wash with oil stains everywhere

The room was not what we ordered. It wasn't clean as we found stuff under the beds. Our room keys didn't work on multiple tries and I had to get the office to help while my family waited in the car for over 30 minutes.

The Motel is older, but well kept. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were only in Roseburg one night. The price was great. Our check-in was friendly and easy. I would stay there again.

Awful
It was terribly loud all night. Loud stomping, people pounding on a door at 1:30am. When I complained the next morning, the desk agent said she would be GLAD to cancel my reservation for that night and basically called me a liar. I'm waiting for Hotels.com to refund my money for the night she cancelled.
