Awful service
One of the worst experiences we’ve had going into the city. We take this trip several times a year, and I will not stay at this hotel again. Check-in was a nightmare! Our room assignment was confused and it took almost 2 hours for things to get straightened out! We lost a whole afternoon in the city.On top of that, the elevators were broken. Another guest got stuck! And none of the employees were the least bit helpful or friendly.

Quick Business in NYC
This was a quick, one day trip into NYC for business. I have stayed here both for personal reasons and for business in the past. I love the location and the staff are usually friendly, I have however had some issues with the elevators and moving throughout the hotel, in the past. This time, however, was unblemished and everything went smoothly from check-in and check-out, to luggage storage, and the actual stay in the room.

Great Option
Good location as a base for attractions and transportation. Easy point to start from. This hotel is busy (always) so enjoy the energy. Interesting people watching. The rooms have been updated in the last 5 years and ongoing. Rooms are sparsely furnished but do have builtins that add functionality. Decor is minimal but clean and modern feel. Air con and heat work perfectly, some rooms have better views which are priced accordingly. Bed was comfortable and sheets fresh. Bathrooms have an abundance of towels updated fixtures. The tub surround is a retro fitted by all laminate. Must say it looks great however don’t be put off by the fact that it feels like you are stepping on air pockets. Vanity had only a few personal items like soap shampoo and body lotion. Anything more that’s needed should be brought by you. Ghis includes drinking water. You can buy that at nearby Walgreens. Overall the room was very good. Everything worked, no bad odors, everything was fresh. Great option for your trip to nyc.

Small but happy!
We liked our stay here! We did not understand how small our room would be— and that was the only issue honestly! We were very tucked back in a small corner, so it just felt like we were all cramped together (we = other rooms and ours). Overall really great experience besides this!

The room was fine except for the sound of the elevators constantly, and for $120 I thought I would get a better view.
