The room smelled bad. Could not get the AC to work, the bathroom smelled like pee, and I was bitten by something in the bed. Not sure if it was bedbugs or just what. I’ll never stay at a Quality Inn ever again!!!

Find some place else!!
This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in! Stains on our mattress covers and curtains. Bathroom had hair in the shower and toilet seat cover. I'm pretty sure the room was never cleaned, but, i guess the site said no frills, so I'm guessing cleanin is included in that. The bathroom for even had a broken tile that moved when you stepped on it. We didn't feel safe, as our door lock was almost off the door, so loose, looks like it had been previously broken in. The drawer handle was held together with duck tape. The list goes on. There was a convention in town, so things were booked in the area or we would have moved! We left tired from not sleeping and didn't want to use the shower. There is no quality to this hotel. The health inspectors would have a field day!

Okay
Service: Great. All staff who were on site when I checked in and out were excellent (did not catch names). The biggest issue was how warm it was in my room. After getting a King Size room, it was incredibly hot throughout the night despite having the air at the lowest setting.

Not so Quality Inn
The hotel is poorly maintained. There was obvious water damage to the ceiling and a couple of the doors. Stained carpet. A clogged sink, which I reported. The stale smell of cigarettes. They also told me they put a $100 deposit hold on my credit card. They actually charged me $100. I called them and they it would be refunded by Wednesday the 8th and it has not been refunded. The only nice thing about it was the staff was friendly.
