Would never stay here again
It was supposed to be RESERVE NOW/PAY LATER. Hours before check-in, the card that was used to secure my reservation was charged instead of the card I wanted to use to pay for my reservation. Upon checking in, they notify me that our New Year's suite is no longer available but the might be able to fit me into a standard room with 2 Double Beds. Had I known I would have been stuck in a Dbl bed for the night with my husband, we would have just canceled our reservations and stayed home to sleep in our Queen bed. One of the amenities that drew us to this hotel was the sauna but come to find out, it wasn't available and out of order. The other amenity we were interested in was continental breakfast, that also seemed to be out of order. Some single serving cereals were put out with granola bars. The standard room we were stuck in to celebrate New Year's in, wasn't even clean. There was hair in the bathtub and the garbage cans still had garbage in them from the previous people. Pretty much everything was a disappointment

I optioned for Reserve Now/Pay Later. Hours before check-in, I was charged with the card I used to reserve the suite instead of paying when I checked in. Upon checking in at 4pm on New Year's Eve, the front desk informed me that my suite with a hot tub was no longer available due to renovations but that they could fit me in a standard 2 bed room. If I was informed sooner of the unavailability, I would have found a room that I was interested in elsewhere. I was looking forward to their sauna amenity but found out after checking in that it was out of order. Due to their ongoing renovations, breakfast was EXTREMELY limited. Between the snacks we packed, it was a better "breakfast" than the hotel offered
