Staff was excellent. Sleeper sofa should have been removed years ago. Whats with the styrofoam cups at breakfast? Breakfast was bland and slow. Lubbock, Chicago, San Antonio - your chefs rock. No more guest then were present people should have been flying through the line.

Never Again
It was not a good experience. I had to stand in a long line 3 different times before getting checked in. I was told my room is not ready and to go get free drinks from the bar (I don’t drink, so that didn’t help me). I wasted over 2 hours standing in line. When I finally got to my room, I was not pleased. The furniture in the sitting area was old and worn out. The tub was stained. The air conditioning/heat vent was dirty. The windows were dirty, and there was dust in every corner and on the furniture. The room smelled old and of mildew. The next morning at breakfast, we had to wait for eggs, biscuits, and hash browns. The biscuits were frozen in the middle. The only reason we did not leave is because there was a Razorback football that day, so no other rooms were available in town. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The lobby area was very nice and appeared well maintained. Areas to improve included: 1) Stained white towels throughout the room. Should replace the towels if they are stained. 2) Furniture in the room was worn on most things that were wood. Recommend re-staining or replacement. 3) When checking out the person at the desk would not acknowledge me for several minuted even though I was the only one standing directly in front of her. Once she finally decided to acknowledge me she asked “What do you want?”. I noted I was checking out of the room and she never once looked up and made eye contact in any way. I handed her the key and told her the room number. She said thank you and took the key. She did look up when I asked to purchase a bottle of water and she noted I could get a complimentary bottle from the small fridge behind the bell area (much appreciated). It was not a normal exchange. A few hours later I received a text asking if I needed anything else for my stay and I texted back that I had checked out hours earlier. The person texting politely thanked me and sent me a copy of my folio upon request via email.
