This was an average Motel not Hotel. It is fine for a 1 or 2 night stay. The price was right for what we wanted. Was able to walk throughout downtown area. Be aware they do charge a parking fee of $16.84 per night, but most places downtown SA charge parking fees. Even with parking we still paid less than many other places.

Worst service ever. Rude staff. Broken toilet.
Our toilet was broken the entire time we were in the room. We complained to the front desk multiple times with increasing frustration each time. We were never offered another room or any compensation. They wouldn’t even let us use the washroom for the employees after we asked nicely. Like seriously?! The front desk didn’t even seem to care or understand the urgency in this issue. So rude. Zero stars. Wouldn’t let homeless people stay here. Absolute disgrace!

We reserved the room because the amenities included a pool, which upon check in we were told there was no pool as well as having to pay for parking which I never read but it was too late to cancel and find somewhere else to stay.
