    Love it here!!
We had such a great stay at the Pines Resort!! My son loved the pool, and the smoothies from the pool bar... the location can't be beat - we listened to live music at the marina and nothing was more than a 5 minute walk from our door. We already made plans to come back next summer!!

    A hidden gem - like a grown-up summer camp
This place is a hidden gem. We booked in on a whim to have a good base to explore Yosemite. It was a bit more expensive than the motels in nearby towns, but it looked cute. I am so glad we did! We ended up skipping Yosemite due to the fire, but Bass Lake is an awesome little place to spend some time. The cabin was comfortable and big enough for three adults. The pool, lake, hiking, restaurants, and bar all meant we could do what we wanted without having to go far. We will absolutely be back.

    The Cabin in the Woods
The resort has plenty of fun activities around the lake and a great base for day trips to Yosemite. However, the cabin had a bad smell, the carpets and furniture were filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. We would not stay there again.
