Ok stay
Front desk was nice but the information give was not very specific so we had to ask follow up questions. The bed was nice, however the air conditioning wasn’t working so sleep was rough. The person working at the front desk in the leisure center was not very friendly and borderline rude. Our kids did enjoy the pool though.

Pros and cons
The staff was helpful and the hotel was close to bus station, but you had to lift the toilet to flush and the bathroom door was warped so it would not close. I did not report issue as I did not want staff in and out of our room. Rooms were spacious, window view, but if someone was talking in the halls you could hear the entire conversation. We did not swim because you were required to buy a swimming cap and I did not utilize hot tub for same reason

Your time has no value here
Food service shut down so early. Was incredibly slow when I did order. But the bar shut down at 11! That's crazy.

Friendly staff and ease of check in and plenty of parking Had dinner in the pub/restaurant which was not good staff were scarce and service was terrible Which was a pity as the restaurant is nice and the food was good Need more staff on a busy Sunday evening

The hotel was lovely but the air conditioning didn’t seem to work and the room was a bit hot. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel. Lots of restaurants and pubs in the area!

Needs Updates
I knew going in that the hotel was under renovations, and I could see they were actively trying to improve things. That said, my room was not quite as advertised. There was no in room climate control - just a window that looked out onto a dirty roof covered in cigarette butts. It didn't provide much air circulation at all. The WiFi in my room didn't work unless I was standing right next to the door. I had to walk into the hallway to get any real service. My room was located on an end but right by the staircase and elevator, so it was quite loud frequently as there was a lot of foot traffic. That wasn't well advertised, so I wish that I had known that bit going in. The bathroom was relatively nice, if a bit worn in, and the tub was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. There were less outlets than I'd have liked to see, and the layout was a bit awkward. Some of the built in lights were burnt out - not a huge deal, but still, something I think could've been easily fixed. The hotel is conveniently situated on a main road with easy access to the airport and city center via bus - I had no desire to stay in the Dublin city center, but I knew this area well having previously lived there and it was perfect for my needs. I didn't eat at either of the two restaurants, but they looked quite nice from the outside, and there was a convenient Centra Regency right next door so you could pop over for snacks. Overall a bit overpriced for what it was, but not a bad hotel. Just needs some work.
