Room was clean, very helpful staff, well located, a few minutes from the beach, air conditioning worked well during our whole stay except on the last day. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Microwave and fridge im the room and a small kitchenette. Overall I would recommend.

Since the day we arrive we reported the AC was not working, we messaged and the answer was someone was going to check it out but they never did. Later we found out the issue was going on for over a week, however the hotel never reached out being transparent with the problem or let us choose if we wanted to cancel the stay and stay somewhere else. We had to spend 3 days in a room with no AC and with windows that won’t open. It wasn’t what we were expecting
