Monika and the rest of the hotel staff made our holiday stay truly fantastic. The view from the tower suite is awesome.

rand hotel
Old luxury hotel which means grandeur, art, nobility and inadequate electrical outlets and outdated shower. We knew what to expect and had a wonderful experience. Only disappointment was concierge service which displayed no interest in trying to be helpful. Other personnel were great.

Ok hotel; not 5 star though
Not a bad hotel but very surprised that it’s 5 star. After 2 weeks in Europe staying at other amazing properties, this one was a bit of a disappointment. The room was outdated, the bathroom (especially the shower and vanity) were very outdated and left a lot to be desired. The room did not feel super clean. Also, the 5th floor smelled heavily of smoke for a nonsmoking hotel. Breakfast was good and included, and the location of the hotel is also good- 5 mins from Old Town so you’re close but not in the heart of the chaos. The spa area is also a great benefit, but the changing areas did not feel clean and were also outdated. Ok but not great hotel; I’d reset expectations and not think of it as 5 star and more of 3.5.

Great location and deco decor, but service lacking
This hotel has a PERFECT location for walking all over the old town area of Prague. Built in the early 1900"s its deco / art nouveau design in the lobby area and two restaurants is spectacular. We had a deluxe room and it was a bit small. Service for a "5 star hotel" is a bit lacking. Housekeeping does a good job, but only on their schedule. We had breakfast included in our room rate and they do a nice job with that. But, on the day we were leaving to fly home, we had to leave for the airport before breakfast was being served in the dining room. The manager said he would bring a lite continental breakfast up to us in our room the next morning before we left, which, would have been perfect. He never showed up and we didn't have time to deal with it. The staff are just not that friendly....maybe its an American thing or maybe its a gay thing, but, they just weren't that friendly. We had dinner in the main restaurant one night and the food was amazing. But, at 8pm on a Friday night we were the ONLY ones in felt very strange. We didn't have a bad stay, its was just ok as we were expecting more from a "5 star " hotel.

The outside bag staff was so great it told me the rest of the staff would be great as well. We had planned to dine elsewhere but because of the way we were treated we decided to have dinner here. Great dinner and surprisingly affordable given the luxury atmosphere and service.

Great Hotel
We loved everything about the Hotel Paris. The room was fantastic- large and very clean. The breakfast buffet was so good - the best we had in Europe. The staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!
