I booked a queen size bedroom for the night… the sheets were stained with dark brown streaks and when I showered in the morning, I had blue liquid running down the walls and onto my skin. Then when I went down to have breakfast there was a staff member just standing there watching everything I do and I felt uncomfortable as I was the only one in the area…. I expressed my concerns to the front desk, and was advised they have been training a variety of staff…. I will not be returning to this location and will opt for another location in the area. No discount, no resolution, it was a simply sorry and a justified explanation for the issues.

When we went to our room the sink in the bathroom would not drain properly. We went to the front desk they offered us a plunger to see if we could get it unplugged. I would have they could have offered us another room but they did not.
