Comfort Inn, Thunder Bay
Room was nice and tidy, with great amenities for the price I got. Very easy to find and parking was good.

we visited Thunder Bay for a three-day vacation I do not think hotel room was ever been sweeped. We found rotten long banana peppers down below my bed , some straws, and other miscellaneous items under the bed and it was not up to the standard that you would find in a comfort in here in United states. Breakfast was not great at all. Sausages were not fully cooked and other options at breakfast alright. I paid more than I normally pay for a comfort inn and I believe stay was not worth for that price. However, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly.

Normally a budget hotel this seemed pricey
Just an overnight business stay. Room was OK but did find a piece of used tissue between the bed and the night table that was clearly visible so raised questions on the cleanliness

Horrible experience
Absolutely disgusting. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and our clothes were saturated with it by the time we left. Please keep in mind that our room was a "non smoking" room. I normally don't write reviews, but I recommend you avoid this hotel at all costs. Horrible stay and we were just passing through.

Nice hotel but not in the best neighborhood.
Excellent service at the front desk, cleaning staff and breakfast room attendant. Very helpful and kind. The hotel was very clean and the room very nice and comfortable. It was a good value for the price and the breakfast was excellent! The neighborhood looked a little bit rough but the hotel was secure with doors requiring key cards for entrance. I'm not sure about the billing for the hotel. I see that $22 is pending on my credit card from the hotel but I'm not sure why as I'd paid on so I'm curious to see what I'm being charged for and if it was just a hold in case there was a problem. I hope it's not some extra fee for American tourists who don't know better than to pay it.
