Check in took to long.
Took way to long to get checked in, the person at front desk was trying her best. The credit card system they had was made the process painful. Like took hour or more to get checked in. The rooms are basic, never stopped there before. Looks like there is a lot to do in that area. Lots of hotels, restaurants and activities. If I had more time or would of been there for an adventure I would most definitely selected a different hotel. They did have a great rate. I will say that much.

Dirty, Dirty, Nasty.. did I mention Dirty?
Gets worse every visit. General Manager emailed me to give them another shot. Worst visit ever. After I got the email I had one more visit to the theatre there. So we thought, give it a try. He promised a fabulous stay. He committed me to room 119. Didn't get it. No notes in computer. Sheets were dirty and smelled like they hadn't been washed. Housekeeping didn't change sheets for the three days we stayed. They refolded the towels we used in the shower. I know this because the one towel had blood on the end and it was still there when I looked at the towels. There was urine all around the base of the toilet. And the shower had a hair to cover a small animal. Nasty. By 10am there was no hot water. Cold showers. They say don't take the bath towels to the pool but they don't have enough pool towels? We had 5 people and two towels in the bath. If I cannot use a pool towel, then what? What to do. No shampoo, and on day three we got new soap. This place is terrible. New owners care about nothing.
