Sincere with hope to see changes in the future
This hotel is almost 100 years old and still has the charm I felt 30 years ago. The air conditioning noise keep me awake the whole night. Building is deteriorating and the excuse is that is a local regulation for this type of old properties. Food was good and bed a bathroom complyed my expectations.

    bait and switch
I booked a room with a balcony on the pool, but they changed me to a suite that I didn't want. The excuse (depending on who you talked to) was either that they didn't want to turn on the A/C for that part of the hotel or that there was a problem that morning. There was a broken clock in the room, and when I told them about it, no one came to replace it. The wake up call came a half hour early. The price was decent, though, given the breakfast, the bathtub, and the pool.
