Good Cleaning Needed
We got there around 10:00pm. Staff was asleep on a couch in the lobby. There was a VERY loud party going on all over the hotel. Our room was right by the party and reeked of smoke. Front desk attendant then gave us another room on the opposite side of the hotel which also reeked of smoke. We didn't even stay but were thankfully refunded our money.

The room was clean, bedding was greasy and comfortable but everything was really rundown, extremely musty, felt gross to walk on the carpet barefoot, wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom hardware was falling apart, website description also says there is a hot tub and pool, Neither was running or available, covered with tarps and crumbling cement outside, not worth it for the price, wouldn’t consider it an inn or suite, more like old motel. Will not book again there and will do more research when I see Clarion Inn and Suites, here in CT there are more reputable☹️

Far Below expectations
Our stay was very disappointing.Primary reasons include:1)used towel hanging on bathroom door,2)faulty light switch and shower mechanism,3)corroded refrig and kleenex dispenser,4)dusty appliances and streaks,5)no coffee maker or fixins,6)food stains on table lamp,7)no clock or timing device,8)moldy spots on ceilings,9)old smelly pillows,10)white paint on leg of table,11)breakfast inadequate/broken waffle machine. The condition of this room was much worse than a 2 night stay 3 years ago. Front desk service was very good. Just a thought-do third party reservations get left over rooms?

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had The room was beyond disgusting. Blood was on the bathroom doors, food on the beds, hair in the beds, towels dirty. Housekeeper came and removed dirty towel, brushed food crumbs on the floor (then stayed the vacuum cleaner wasn’t working), and as for the liquid or whatever it was on the wall stated because it was near some sort of electrical box she couldn’t touch it. Which is stupid because it didn’t require spraying the box just wiping the soda or whatever it was off of it along with the wall, dead flies on the hair conditioning unit, and the smell was terrible..
