Friendly staff
We had a nice stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even were able to locate some spare bubble wrap so my daughter could wrap her snow globes for the flight home. You definitely couldn't beat the location for access to the beach.

Very Good8.0
Nice large room with a nice sea view
Hotel was in a great location. I thoroughly took in the view from the room, opening up right onto the sea. Bed was comfortable. Room was a bit dusty, but otherwise, quite comfortable. Breakfast was decent although it was supposed to be a buffet, which it was to some extent. But you had to separately order your hot food choices. Well, I figured at least it will be fresh. I had eggs Benedict. Probably one of the driest I had ever had. There were two waiters there. HE was nice. SHE looked bored out of her mind and less than friendly. His complete opposite. A bit sad to start the day looking at such doom on someone's face...especially when she was smiling with her colleagues. Maybe just a bad day. But put a damper on the experience in the restaurant. You can find good food at cheap prices at any of the other restaurants around. A good thing that was that there was ample parking space. Might stay there again, but will avoid restaurant.

We keep coming back!
Great seafront location but nice and quiet too. Breakfast was lovely with a huge choice and friendly service. Lovely Italian close by santinos. Great walk towards glass factory. Roker Park with childrens play area walking distance. Lovely not too busy beach. 10/10
