We stayed for 4 nights in September. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. Parking was plentiful though it's important to register the car rego to avoid fines. The hotel is conveniently situated with a 5 minute walk to a shopping centre with a M&S and a Morrisons for groceries and a variety of other shops. Across from the shopping centre is the Gyle tram stop with a 20 minute ride right into Princes Street. The room was very spacious and comfortable though the air con was rather loud.

I had to give the hotel a poor review due solely to the atrocious housekeeping service. There for six nights, only did the room once and even when asking at the front desk not done, no towels, coffee, clean cups and glasses, etc. Everything else was fine, location good close to the airport and concert venue, nice bar, staff good.

Getting into the center of Edinburgh was a breeze, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. I dined in the hotel restaurant that evening—wonderful waiting staff and a great experience.
