Yo pedi con una sola cama king y nos dieron habitación con dos camas la cual fue bastante incomodo dormir mi esposo y yo en una cama pekeña y el colchon k uno se hundia mucho no dormimos bien como se deberia para el precio del hotel!! La persona k nos atendio en el check in le falta un poco mas de amabilidad en atender a los clientes, al contrario del señor k nos hizo el check out muy amable y cortez . Los señores k nos atendieron en el valet parking cuando llegamos muy amables tambien !!

Comfortable but with some staff issues.
Hotel was booked for wife and I. In my notes i put that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. No one went out of their way to make that special. A hotel in Miami read my notes and they went above and beyond to commemorate that celebration. Those small details mean a lot. Hotel was clean, wasn't noisey, good view, clean gym and didn't serve breakfast. Hotel keys got deactivated after 1 day. Went to replace them and front desk employee was on his phone not ready to help. When checking out, valet when to get my car and took 15 mins to get it. They left the sun roof open and as a result we had Bird Poop stains on our seats and middle Arm rest compartment. We had just gotten the vehicle detailed on Friday. Car was parked with the hotel. To be charge that daily amount and for them to return it with stains was not cool. Overall some staff are just there to collect a check and go home. They Don't understand what it takes to truly give a great experience for a customer that pays so much to go on vacation. Front desk and Valet parking need to be trained again.

Don't stay at the Bristol
Terrible hotel, hidden fees, no room cleaning, terrible service, they would not even tell me what the nightly charges were, although they were happy to charge for an early check in- there was not even a place to get a bottle of water-tried to talk to manager and no one bothered to contact me.
