Exceptional 10.0
Thank you
We had a room at the second floor, it was a bit noises being near the street with white light bulbs. The next morning they moved us to the 7th floor and they have changed all the bulbs into warm ones after knowing that my husband has migraines and while light annoys him. The location is amazing and the staff are so helpful.

Very Good 8.0
Great location. Excellent coffee shop
No shelves in the bathroom and very few and small drawers in the room. Housekeeping didn’t replenish tissues, soap and tea. I went down to the desk twice for these items.66

Room was compact, but clean and comfortable. Location was great.

Young travelers do not stay here
The parking is hard to find and expensive. Right when we walked in we were greeted with an angry rude tone from the woman at the front desk. She charged my card extra without explaining why. For the whole trip she was extremely rude and standoffish to my friends and I. I have seen in the reviews that this isn’t an isolated incident when it comes to the treatment of young people. Didn’t even look up from her computer most of the time when talking. The rooms were small, but cute. They were decently clean. The only thing I really appreciated was the location of Hotel Victoria. It was a short drive to a LOT of cool stores , restaurants, and bars. But this was the worst customer service/ I’ve ever experienced. I will never stay again.
