It appeared to have been fairly maintained but not upgraded in quite awhile, it's very possible it's under new ownership and they have certainly lowered the expectations of a hotel stay. The coffees hot and good, the continental breakfast was the bare minimum, over the last 15 years I've averaged about 30 hotel nights per year and this was the least impressive one I've stayed at in the same price range.

This has become our go to place to stay in Fargo. It is nice and clean, has continental breakfast, which has a good variety of options, has a nice sized pool and a great hot tub. The beds are actually really comfortable! I have stayed at some hotels in Fargo for twice the price but this one has never disappointed so it is now the place where we always stay, great for the whole family
